Villa Avantgarde - Mlini

Had a boss time at this spot! The staff were dead sound, always smiling and helpful. Breakfast offered loads of choice, really tasty stuff. Only downside was the shower had a bit of a leak, but overall, a cracking stay!

The views at this hip new hotel were incredibly beautiful. I found fresh fruit and eggs to be good. The venue was not far from good restaurants as well as Easy to travel Dubrovnik thanks to its perfect and lovely location. Seafood restaurant Bistro - Cafe bar G located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Had enjoyable experience, overall special place.

The place was clean and we loved apartment. Unbeatable and stunning location nearby a bus station, that was handy.

Loda was friendly and helpful during breakfast.

clean room, good new furniture, nice view, good food for breakfast, there is a barbecue into the back yard - very convenient for families and friends which like the taste of a fresh meat roasted on wooden coal.

poor parking space, especially if you're driving a big car, no WiFi coverage in the rooms - internet access was available only at the reception lobby, inconvenient traffic junction to the main road to Dubrovnik.

The staff was incredible and the design was really cool. The construction was completely lacking in soundproofing. One of the worst I have ever come across. I would never stay there again because you literally hear everything your neighbor does if you share a common wall.

Noise from the busy road can be quite distracting!!! Multiple maintenance issues throughout the hotel need addressing!!! The pool's lack of adequate shading makes lounging uncomfortable during peak sun hours!!! The confusion at check-in could definitely use improvement!!!

Very roomy apartment. Covered garage, free parking. Few minutes walk from the beach. Not far from Dubrovnik.

The breakfast was quite disappointing. The juice and coffee were sub-par, though the rest was fine and abubdant (eggs, cheese, etc.), with a good choice. I underline that these are minor points, but some of us need a good cup of coffee in the morning!

The staff, especially Anna and Ivona were great, really friendly and great attitude, as were the relatives of the owners for whom nothing was too much trouble. We felt well looked after and attended to. Will recommend!!

I appreciate its only the second season of the hotel, but more information/informed staff on what is on locally could be improved - the local area for example, daily/weekly markets, 'don't miss' events etc. But that is all. We would recommend!

Serene, Serene, Serene

This place is an absolute gem! The breakfast offered a good spread with everything from fresh fruits to savory cooked options-perfect for fueling a day of exploration. Afterward, I loved lounging by the outdoor pool, soaking in those fine views of the lush hills and sparkling sea-pure bliss!

the rooms are nicely decorated, very stylish. about 10min drive from dubrovnik, mlini itself has a nice beach (+- 10 min walk), not too crowded, with some nice well-priced terraces next to it.

The room itself is nice, but the building isn't nicely situated. It's next to a busy road, which makes most of the balconies unused, and at the back of the building they are renovating. The staff is friendly, but a bit slow.. Breakfast was ok.

Very nice new design villa. Comfortable rooms with very big beds. Parking facilities. WIFI. Good breakfast

Not really along the sea but along the main road from Dubrovnic to Montenegro (not really obvious to find it: when driving from Dubrovnic to Montenegro it is at your left side about 100m before the announcement plate of the villa Mlini)

The gentle and friendly staff were good, while the breakfast selection was bright and plentiful. The serene location added to our wonderful experience.

everything is new and nice (in think we were the first guests in this villa), close to bus station which goes to dubrovnik (5 min), very close to a nice beach (5 min). the room is very large, also the bathroom...the accomodation was perfect.

we stayed 4 nights here and the breakfast was quite poor, the same every morning.

one room doesnt have windows at all . there was no lighting , it was diffucult to find the hotel.
